Size guide

This sleeveless jacket can be worn with more or less volume depending on the desired style:

> If you want the volume intended by the pattern, which is a rather fitted cut, we recommend taking your usual size

> If you want a looser fit, we recommend taking one size up from your usual size

You can consult the size guide to compare the measurements of the finished garment with a model you already own.

You can try on the jackets in our workshop in Paris. To do so, contact us at helene@nabou-paris.com or via the contact form.

Subjects

Nabou jackets are made from pre-produced fabrics, allowing each jacket style to be crafted from materials that are actually available. The fabrics are selected for their durability, structure, and shades.

  • Outer: 100% denim
  • Lining: 100% wool

Made to order

Each Nabou jacket is made to order in our Paris workshop and will be shipped within 5 to 10 days after the order is confirmed.

The jackets are handcrafted by Hélène, the designer of Nabou, as well as by other artisan couturiers. A Nabou jacket is thus the result of many steps, all done by hand: fabric selection, cutting, assembly, lining, buttoning, and finishing touches.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Mains guidant du denim sous une machine à coudre dans l’atelier Nabou

Why is this jacket made to order?

Made-to-order production allows you to purchase a jacket before it is produced.

For an artisanal brand like Nabou, this allows us to adjust production to the orders actually received and limit the accumulation of unsold stock.

This type of production is possible because we work artisanally, far from industrial production which requires placing orders months in advance with minimum quantity thresholds.

What is the production and delivery time?

Each jacket is made after the order is confirmed. It is shipped within 5 to 10 days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times then depend on the shipping method selected.

How do I care for my jacket?

This jacket has been crafted from fine materials that require special care. To preserve its shape, texture, and the lustre of its fibres over time, professional dry cleaning is essential. Machine washing and tumble drying are prohibited to prevent any risk of shrinkage or damage to the fabric.

Will the jacket received be exactly identical to the photos?

The jackets are made from fabrics available in limited quantities. Slight variations in color or texture may therefore occur. The cut, main colors, and finishes remain consistent with the photographs and description of the style.

Can I return or exchange my jacket?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return or request an exchange.

Returns are accepted, with return shipping costs at your expense. Exchanges are free, so you can find the size or style that suits you best.

To request a return or exchange, simply contact us via our contact form or by email at helene@nabou-paris.com

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Ribbonwork

The embroidered ribbons are made in France. They are selected and then assembled directly onto the denim to create the design of each style.

  • Our artisanal approach

A Nabou jacket is the result of many steps, all done by hand, from cutting and assembling the patchwork to the finishing touches

  • Small-batch production

Our jackets are made from existing fabrics, available in limited quantities. Each fabric is used to create a small run of garments, with its own textures and finishes.
