History
My relationship with clothing began when I was 10 and my grandmother taught me how to use a sewing machine. Nabou is her!
She passed on her appreciation for beautiful fabrics and well-made things, especially when it comes to clothing.
In 2020, when “normal” life came to a halt, I brought out the sewing machine I’d had since childhood, which I’d drifted away from during my studies, and slowly reconnected with working by hand. I rediscovered the joy of sewing, shaping materials, and then wearing something I’d made with my own hands.
The idea of selling my own creations and making a living from them began to take root, and here I am today, in 2023, launching my first collection of jackets, made from my Parisian living room.
