Made to order
Made to order
Each Nabou patchwork denim jacket is made to order in our Paris workshop and will be shipped within 5 to 10 days after the order is confirmed.
The jackets are handcrafted by Hélène, the designer of Nabou, as well as by other artisan tailors. A Nabou jacket is thus the result of many steps, all done by hand: fabric selection, patchwork design, cutting, assembly, lining, snap button installation, and finishing touches.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why is this jacket made to order?
Made-to-order production allows you to purchase a jacket before it is produced.
For an artisanal brand like Nabou, this allows us to adjust production to the orders actually received and limit the accumulation of unsold stock.
This type of production is possible because we work artisanally, far from industrial production which requires placing orders months in advance with minimum quantity thresholds.
What is the production and delivery time?
Each jacket is made after the order is confirmed. It is shipped within 5 to 10 days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times then depend on the shipping method selected.
How do I care for my jacket?
This jacket has been crafted from fine materials that require special care. To preserve its shape, texture, and the luster of its fibers over time, professional dry cleaning is required. Machine washing and tumble drying are prohibited to prevent any risk of shrinkage or damage to the fabric.
Will the jacket received be exactly the same as the photos?
The jackets are made from fabrics available in limited quantities. Slight variations in color or texture may therefore occur. The cut, main colors, and finishes remain consistent with the photographs and description of the style.
Can I return or exchange my jacket?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return or request an exchange.
Returns are accepted, with return shipping costs at your expense. Exchanges are free, so you can find the size or style that suits you best.
For any return or exchange request, simply contact us via our contact form or by email at helene@nabou-paris.com
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
